Welcome to Muddy Puddle Dorset.  We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and reliable experience for you and your pets. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. General Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, Muddy Puddles Dorset cannot be held responsible for accidents, illnesses, injuries, or unforeseen incidents that may occur while your pet is in our care. Pet owners assume all risks associated with pet walking, playdates, pet sitting, and event chaperone services.

2. Pet Health & Behaviour

Pet owners must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural concerns before service begins. We reserve the right to refuse services if a pet exhibits aggressive behaviour or poses a risk to other animals, people, or property. Muddy Puddles Dorset is not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed medical concerns, or behavioural issues.

3. Veterinary Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact the pet owner. If the owner is unavailable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for the pet at the owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to illness or injury while in our care.

4. Home Access & Security 

Muddy Puddles Dorset takes the security of your home seriously. However, we cannot be held liable for any theft, break-ins, or property damage unrelated to our services. Clients are responsible for securing their homes and valuables before service begins.

5. Weather & Walk Cancellations

For the safety of pets and our team, outdoor services may be adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions such as high heat, thunderstorms, or heavy snowfall.  We will always make every effort to attend to your pets, even in extreme weather conditions. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on services affected by extreme weather.

6. Wedding Day Woofs Service

While we strive to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, Muddy Puddles Dorset is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or disruptions caused by pets at weddings or events. The pet owner assumes full responsibility for their pet’s behaviour during the event.

7. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is required as per our agreed-upon terms. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid charges. Failure to cancel within the required notice period may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms and release Little Monsters, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities that may arise.
